You know the ones they sell at home depot,
like the big green garden storage houses, with doors, and windows,
It seems same as an outdoor dog kennel. Can an outdoor dog live in there with a smaller dog house in it? Instead of a dog kennel?

I don't think a dog would be happy living in a house like that without a yard. Would you be happy inside a box all day with no company? They sell dog houses like Trigunmarksman said, but they have a doggy door that opens into a yard. If they weren't air conditioned/heated the animal might overheat, or get too cold in the winter. A dog kennel like this one might work, although of course it would be better with a bigger yard. It would keep a small dog safe from predators also. Why get a dog if you don't have the space for it to run and do natural doggy things? Unless it was an indoor dog in your house all the time.

FRESH TOMATO CREAM SAUCE
8 tomatoes skinned and chopped w/ juice
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 minced onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup of whipping cream
Fresh basil, torn
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a sauce pot over med heat and add onion and garlic. Saute until onion is soft. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 min.
Add cream, reserving 2 tbsp. Let the sauce simmer for 20 minutes until slightly reduced.

Add the last 2 tbsp of cream at the last minute.

Sprinkle with fresh basil. Serve over fusili or linguine pasta.

BEST FRESH SALSA

1 clove of garlic
2 serrano peppers (sautéed in butter until dark in color)
2 lbs. canned or fresh tomatoes (quartered if fresh)
5 jalapeños
1/4 yellow onion
salt, to taste

In a running food processor using a knife blade, drop one clove peeled garlic, 5 jalapeños, 1 quarter of a yellow onion, and two Serrano peppers down the tube. Open lid and place two pounds quartered fresh tomatoes or one large can of chopped tomatoes in with the garlic and peppers.
Pulse on and off until the desired consistency. Add salt to taste and serve with warm tortilla chips.


Or can those suckers and you will have them on hand to make anything that calls for tomatoes!!!

CANNING TOMATOES

Place tomatoes in colander or wire basket and dip into boiling water for 1/2 minute then plunk into cold water. Cut out stem ends and pull off skins. Leave tomatoes whole or cut into halves or quarters.
Pack tomatoes into jars, pressing gently to fill spaces with juice, don't add water. Add 1 teaspoon salt if desired. If tomatoes are sweet, add 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice to each pint jar. 2 tablespoons to each quart jar if desired put on flat cap. Process in boiling water bath 35 minutes for pint 45 minutes for quarts.

Boiling water bath: Place a rack in bottom of canner or deep large kettle, fill canner half full with warm water over high heat and boiling 35-45 minutes until flat caps pops or center of lid has a slight dip then let stand for 8 hours and put screw bands.
